Last week, SH Partnerships were pleased to exchange contracts on an upcoming development in Featherstone, Wolverhampton.
Having worked collaboratively with the landowners who have welcomed SHP’s proactive and transparent approach, SHP were pleased to exchange contracts on the site situated just off the M54 in Featherstone.

Chris Timmins, Managing Director of SH Partnerships is positive about the future of the development, “We look forward to now pushing the planning application and a planning submission in the next few months. The development will bring up to 48 homes to the local area and support the government drive for new homes.”
